From 400t Presses to CMM Testing: How Yuehe Machinery Achieves 0.005mm Tolerances on Railway Traction Rods

CHUZHOU, China – A single traction rod on a high-speed train must withstand thousands of hours of vibration without cracking. Yuehe Machinery Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. produces these components with dimensional tolerances of just 0.005mm, using 400t friction presses and coordinate measuring machines.

Founded in May 2019 and located in Lai'an County, Anhui Province, Yuehe operates more than 100 sets of forging and machining equipment. The company's 400t and 300t friction presses create dense internal structures free from pores and cracks. Over 60 CNC lathes and 40 machining centers then finish each part to exact specifications.

Its quality control team uses 2D projectors, pneumatic gauges, and CMMs to test every batch. Products include positioning sleeves, air spring seats, vertical shock absorber seats, brake pad pins, and torsion bar seats.

Yuehe exports 2.5 million railway and engineering machinery parts annually to the United States, New Zealand, and Australia. The company also produces 1.5 million auto water pump hubs for Japan, Germany, the United States, Mexico, and Spain.
